Noncombustible as per IS 1734 static bending of 4.7 N/mm2 and compressive strength of 7.6 N/mm2 AS PER is 2380 (Part-8) & 99.98% Anti-Bacterial as per ASTM E2149 - 10 to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter-locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanized iron section of 0.28mm thick (galvanized @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 24x32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross - T of size 24x26 mm of length 600 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 24x26 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel items i.e. 50 mm long, 8 mm outer diameter M-6 dash fastener hanged by 16 gauge Galvanized/ S.S. wire at the distance of 600mm between each. Providing & fixing fully perforated GYPSONIC © Acoustic GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) wall panels of Size 595x595mm consisting the thickness of 12mm of moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC from 0.60 to 0.75 with glasswool having compressive strength of 7.6 N/sqmm and static bending strength of 4.7 N/sqmm to be screwed on 12 feet length and weight of 1.250kg Anti-corrosive Galvanized Iron Main runner fixed at interval of 600mm centre to centre (c/c) in one-way direction with 20mm X 20mm Galvanized Iron wall angle of required length with suitable distance as per plan details fixed on wall or ceiling with 25mm screws anchored 35mm deep into the wall and strapped hangers by screws then fixed upon 50mm broad cross-channels connected at right angle with main runner channels at interval of 297.5mm centre to centre (c/c) fixed by self-threaded screw. Glass wool of 24mm and thickness of 50 mm to be spread on framework. After fixing G.R.G. tiles on framework joints need to be filled with superfine quality gypsum plaster then painted it with similar colour of tiles for finishing. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

(Glassfibre Reinforced Gypsum) false BIG board 1195mm x 595mm having thickness of 12mm having BIS Approval of IS 2095 Part 3, Impact Strength of 11.90 N.mm/sqmm, moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC from 0.60 to 0.75 having compressive strength of 7.6 N/sqmm and static bending strength of 4.7 N/sqmm includes along with 18mm thick 75 mm width of pattas as main runner, screw fixed to brick wall/partition with the help of Nylon sleeves and screws at 610mm centres. Then suspending G.I. intermediate channels of size 45mm (0.9mm thick with 2 flanges of 15mm each) from the soffit at 1220mm centres with ceiling angle of width 25mm X 10mm X 0.55mm thick fixed to soffit with G.I. cleat and steel expansion fasteners. Ceiling section of 0.55mm thick having knurled web of 51.5mm and 2 flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm are then fixed to the intermediate channel with the help of connecting clips and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 450 mm centres on which Glasswool mats of 24 density and 50mm thickness to be laid. Premium grade superfine gypsum powder used to fill the joints followed by primer coat, finishing, scrapping two coats of water-soluble plastic paint. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of Engineer in-charge.
